JP - if you read this thread at all, I really recommend you check out Inside the Actors Studio (specifically the one with Dave Chappelle, after he comes back from Africa). I'm assuming you've heard of the show, but I really do see a lot of that show in Real Talk, and tiny moments of brilliance here and there for you as an interviewer. Like 2GD said, you're quite connected in the industry, and you provide an insider yet convivial atmosphere that no one else really can. I think Lipton (from IAS) is a brilliant interviewer, and little things like the way he introduces a question with background info on the interviewee, which you do as well, go a long way.

Keep up the great work, and keep giving a LOT of thought into who you choose to interview.
