It says exactly the following: "Able to compete in the next GSL code A qualifiers." You can only compete in the GSL Code A qualifiers if you are in Korea and have a masters+ account above a certain cutoff. In other words, they are not particularly looking for established players, but are not excluding those, or Koreans, or foreigners either. | ||
