Destructible rocks allowing an alternative path in to my natural is going to make it a nightmare to FFE against a Zerg player (or even protect against any fast attack in general). Both Terran and Zerg attack forces can really get good concaves and abuse the Protoss lack of mobility at the natural (similar to Arid Plateau, which I hated). Also, there is so much room behind my third base that all the cannons in the world couldn't protect from Terran drops, not to mention that there's a lot of extra open air space for mutalisks and medivacs and overlords to hide and fly behind. I see myself downvoting Ohana. EDIT: And then I opened up Metropolis and started laughing. If Ohana was bad to take an expansion as a Protoss, Metropolis is impossible. 4-player instead of Ohana's 2-player map (can't quickly scout) plus an even larger natural with backdoor rocks (larger surface area for a bio or roach rush). My downvotes this season will be Metalopolis, Metropolis, and Ohana. I like Daybreak though | ||
