Well I ask because people like CombatEx and Deezer always get accused of stream sniping, but whenever I see his YouTube videos of him streaming, it's always him stream cheating.

Deezer would stream snipe to ensure he got the matches he wanted and then would stream cheat to get easy wins.

Technically stream cheating isn't even cheating. You aren't doing anything illegal and if your opponent chooses to show his game in public without any delay, it's his problem. But yeah obviously it's "frowned upon".

Most people either don't know or don't care, so being accused of either is generally taken as being accused of stream cheating.
Luckily, both are pretty frowned upon, because so many who do one are also likely to do the other.
