I agree the UI is pretty antisocial for this day and age and it would be very welcome if they updated Bnet for HOtS to include social capability and make it easy to play with friends/make new friends.

Something this game needs is a god damn rematch button. It is just hassle having to remake a game with friends after each game. Or at least a chosen map pool and a BO3/5/7/9 for custom games. Then you can set "Loser picks map" and stuff like that.
