i liked it, having a show with a korean living in korea who can speak good english is a a niche thats not filled well enough yet. i always like hearing korean perspectives and not needing a translator makes it better (although id enjoy some korean guests also translated by hwanni).

Like i said before i really like hwanni a lot. But the most interesting interview right now would be with Coach lee for sure. And I haven't read anything in his defence at all. But i might be just wrong here. If someone knows any thread/interview with coach lee recently just pm me.

Really liked the show. One show that has the same vibe I feel is "Meet the Press" on NBC. It's a fantastic political show (atleast it was when the late Tim Russert was still hosting it) and I feel like with the right preparation and right interview questions (thoughtful, hard hitting questions), JP might be able to do something with it. I liked this pilot episode and maybe in part because Hwanni didn't dodge any questions and was fairly candid with his answers. I would like JP to continue this show. Maybe host it biweekly to reduce oversaturation and increase quality of interview questions.

Maybe eventually, JP could branch off and interview other people in the esports community (maybe CEO of riot games even?). I say this because for anyone who watches sports and listens to sports podcasts, Bill Simmons has a podcast with ESPN called the B.S Report and originally, it was a podcast that talked about sports but in recent years, he talks about pop culture items (talked with Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea and even had Louis CK on his podcast as well). I honestly feel like JP can really take off with this show and turn it into something really special.

What do you guys think?

I really like the idea of it, but I'm wondering whether every episode will have JP + Hwanni, or whether JP plans to get a different guest each week? If its the latter, I think JP may run out of guests quick.

Basically the same interview theme show, but the guest and jp having a drink of their favorite liquor. Keep it rather casual and get more in dept with the guest's bio and background. I like this idea. Go with questions that range really, really broad and not always pertaining to starcraft. Talk about growing up, other hobbies, life where they live, how they got into esports, funny stories, whatever. Doesn't need to have drinks, but it adds a fun element if the guests agree. Just a relaxed interview more about them, then about their recent performance or event.

Really enjoyed the "off the cuff" feel to the show, felt more like a conversation between two friends rather then a premeditated interview, which I feel is more organic and entertaining. Adding a list of what was talked about when in the video would be helpful for people who want to skip over a particular topic.

Overall solid, original feeling content that I would love to see more of in the future.

Respect to Riot games for what they are doing with LoL. In fact every developer is supporting the e-sports component, MW3m DotA2 etc.. are all having massive tournaments.

Blizzard on the other hand, demands loyalties from OGN and MBC, when all other companies are spending so much on promoting the e-sports aspect of their games.

Good job Blizzard for destroying Starcraft in Korea, good job indeed.
