No they aren't paying me, before you ask, I doubt anyone's getting paid for this.

afaik it is to pay the location, the staff isn't paid at all, so don't worry. Even TB flies in on his own. The whole stream revenue as well as the sponsor's money will go towards charity

We try to keep the expenses as low as possible but there is some costs which you can’t avoid even if everyone organising it is doing it for free. This is mostly travel expenses for the Players and Casters and equipment rental, so parts of the sponsorship money and entrance ticket revenue will be used to cover those expenses, anything which is left will be also distributed accordingly. ... look up the "Tournament Details" section if you don't believe me... and yes it's been standing there all the time and not edited in just now.

So yes unlike an online stream there is more overhead but about unlike what you claim we communicate them very transparently.
