During 2011 we had an amazing year. I don't think anyone could have predicted everything that occurred this year. From a progamer's perspective it was amazing. We had fans who wanted autographs, wonderful tournaments created for us, and salaries.
I personally just wanted to say thanks to everyone here at TL who helped make 2011 such a great year. If not the best year... at least so far. Its all thanks to the readers and watchers and doers. Whether your a lurker with 0 posts, an admin behind the scenes, or a guy who accidentally clicked on this thread, thank you for this year. Without you, we'd have had nothing as pro-players.
So again, what this comes down to, is thanks to TL, Reddit, IPL, MLG, GSL, DH, NASL, and all the other tournaments I've been at this year and the ones I havn't. Thanks for everyone who watched my stream, or anyone who plays SC2's stream. Thanks to everyone who works so hard behind the scenes at Twitch for allowing all of these tournaments and streams to have been shown to everyone as well.
Thanks for all of the people who run the websites that create content daily or weekly, such as playhem and sc center and of course the Day9 Dailies, SoTG, and so forth.
Also a big thanks to people who I feel are somewhat under appreciated in our scene. There are plenty of people who play with their heart and stream to 10 people every day, plenty of casters who stream to 20 people every day and plenty of casters who stream for 5,000 people every day. Without a variety SC2 wouldn't be what it is today and these people are amazing.
I know I've left out so many people and so many things, but that's ok. Because all in all this is just my way of saying keep it up to the community in general. Without you we couldn't have nice things. And in 2012, I definitely see us having nice things.
