I called my valves Bert and Ernie, they were my best friends for those 2 months. (when the bleb is to heal in a week supposedly), Relapses suck, but its not uncommon theres about a 25 percent chance roughly of a relapse following almost immediately and an even higher one of it happening again at some point in your life. It really is quite painful aswell, personally I would skip my morphine doses because drugs like that scare me, but it basically makes you an invalid so take the painkillers ! and I think its just blebs, the thing is after your first pneumo yo can have other blebs on other parts of your lung that get missed in x rays, and when those pop doctors are like "Oh". Usually in an emergency they dont act as thorough because they want to fix you up as soon as possible. My first pneumo had multiple blebs so it needed surgery, second one healed on its on.
