Please make sure to read the statement from Naniwa that is linked in the full article before commenting.

So os there a sort of ST QxG partnership going on now with SaSe, Destiny and Naniwa all in ST house?

Perhaps these teams are trying to get Nani to put himself more in the public eye to further their branding and he wants to stick to playing 100%?

whatever drama there may be, gotta give it up to jason"1" lake and Complexity. Their consistent professionalism in dealing with players is admirable in an sc2 universe full of uncertainty.

seen this coming when naniwa said all that complexity has done for him is better practice partners at mlg. kid is such a tool, i feel bad for whoever picks him up. when are some of these 'pros' gonna understand that being a 'pro' gamer on a 'pro' gamer team means you have to act professional? it brings the entire scene down the way they act at these events sometimes. simply cant stand it.

Being a pro on a pro team also means you have to have more than one pro on the team. If Col couldn't deliver that why should he stay?

Considering CoL has a partnership with MVP, I'm pretty sure they have plenty of good players Nani could play with.

Not according to the or Naniwa himself. But I'm sure you know better.

I'll trust a professional organization like CoL over a person with a history of being an asshole. Thanks.

"Asshole" (using your words) maybe, but not liar. And CoL also has a history of having problems with players.

Like who? Destiny? Destiny has even had some issues with his new team, (specifically inka) if that's who you are talking about.

NaNi will lose that race.

Considering all the moves lately. I'm not surprised by this, so much team hopping has always been around. :/

Flavor of the week!

"I was not a good fit in Complexity because I was all alone in Korea, and they had no plans to send any more of their players here for a long time. I may come off as a cold person in interviews and with the way I act in general, but I get lonely quite easily. Living with other people who speak English and being around StarTale (who embraced me with open arms when I first came to Korea) is an exciting prospect for me. If my time within Quantic goes as well as I think it will, then you can bet I won’t be moving teams again. Thanks to all my fans! Continue to support me in the future please!”"

Understandable, perhaps NaNi talked with complexity about sending people over and said if they had no interest he'd not want to stay in a team with them! (Hence breaking loyalty / dedication)

At least that seems like a far more reasonable explanation than "lololololo naniwa so bm".

Well after reading naniwas statement it all makes sense. Seems like Complexity doesnt feel confident with sending any of their players to Korea.

Please people go to read Nani's statement here!

From what he says the move makes a lot of sense and there are good reasons behind it.

Radar should have gone off when it was revealed he wasn't staying in the mvp house lately. Remember during his code A games, Khaldor kept mentioning how he stood behind naniwa all night watching him practice for code a with check? Naniwa hates the gom house, so why would he be there before his code a games? Only reason would be that he was no longer staying in the mvp house. How long ago he left the mvp house, who knows, except for the people in the gom house and in mvp.

It's a shame their definition of loyalty only seems to go one way.

Especially when you see Naniwa's part.
Good luck to you NaNi !

They probably feel that once their contract expires they'll sign on with the parent Korean teams.

you guys should be warmly supporting this i think, if not just for nani himself.
why are you guys toasting off about his behavior or something about him being an asshole for all his life? i personally haven't thought that about him since beta days, and quite honestly it's the opposite feeling.
great guy, good team, so good luck!
