The reason I'm behind this market correction is that at the end of the day the majority or people in these teams who're really talented or serious about making it work will find their way into better organisations who'll fully utilise and appreciate their talents. It may be that there is going to be some short term pain for these players et al, but in the end I think the industry will be better for it as lesson aren't learnt. | ||
