I'm wondering if Artosis will actually stay affiliated with Sixjax, or maybe Sixjax will end up splitting all together. It doesn't seem they have that many oppertunities to send their players to events (or to korea) but I dunno, i'm obviously not on the inside of Sixjax or anything.

Stop blindly posting people, read what Juan had to say, it makes a lot of sense. He wanted to goto MLG and Korea, SJ couldnt make it happen so he wanted out. I honestly dont think either side is at fault here.

I can't believe Evoli has chosen not to comment on any of this speculation about the future of Sixjax.

I feel like that probably doesn't bode well...

Lol did anybody notice that Evoli spelled "expectional" wrong? Mind=blown.

Remember who also left Root because they couldn't offer any kind of material support to their players?

Qxc. Do people hate Qxc for it? Apparently, people don't even remember he was once in Root.

Why do you care about clan hopping in Broodwar?

Are you trying to prove you are a real teamliquider? Are you old-school? Most people talking about Major's past have never made a single post in the Broodwar forums, yet they talk about stuff they don't know shit about. The only people that have the right to still be pissed off with Major are some clan managers. Still, what does it means to be a clan-hopper in BW? Most pro-ams have had tenths of tags.

Maj0r was the best player in Sixjax by far (even of DDE and Vibe were also good), and the team heavily relied in him for all clan/team tournaments. He got the boot because he talked about how badly run his team was in the MLG thread. Unprofessional? Maybe. But he didn't lie about what he said.

One is a breach of legal contract, one is not.

DDE is the strongest player on sixjax.

There is a difference between leaving on good terms and bad terms. QXC and Sheth both left without stirring up drama.

i agree, the post felt amateurish because it was not a professional statement. More like ranting and blaming Major for everything. Major is a competitor...if you do not send him to staple NA events like MLG, of course he is going to get upset. However, Major really needs to stay professional too because he embarasses 6jax and Arty when he sets a bad example.

It's not so much about a player leaving a clan, but the circumstances around it. Sheth left ROOT too, no one hates him because of the way it all went down in the end. If you actually read through the thread where Major's departure from ROOT was announced, there was a lot of stupid shit said there as well.

Sixjax has always been a bit off, their main sponsor makes money from scamming people on the internet and their whole deal with NrG was fairly messy.

If Major hadn't been kicked out of ROOT he might very well be in coL right now and probably could've gone to Korea to the MVP house with Drewbie. :3

LOL. How ironic and karmic.

Ironic is, that Idra with similar behavior has lots of fans, but MajOr is hated by almost everybody.

I hate them both respectively XD.

Good to see Sixjax came to their senses, this guy is just completely immature, just compare him to pokebunny. lol

Tbh i hope he doesnt get on another team untill he ups his manners, ridiculous if u ask me, and ive only been speculating since the SEA tourney, he did this for years in BW? hmm

and idra needs to get kicked outta EG too for the same shit but thats a different story !

if that's how you're judging a player's skill then you're doing it wrong

ummm... how am i supposed to judge his skill if not his performance against other good players in a tournament format?

do u realize how hard it is to win a major tournament?

I don't think anyone considers major a top player in the scene but in terms of the NA scene he is one of the best.

getting rank 4 in the ELO rating is impressive and that's how you should judge him. He's a great player and is getting better all the time

correct me if i am wrong, but ELO is based on tournament performances, right? so, tournaments are what we should basing his skill on, correct? except major's history consists mostly of low level tournament wins and some low level performances at biggies like MLG and some others. as i recall, he has never hit a high place in any major tournament. if he is one of the best in NA then you would expect to see some better results.

not sure why you are going so agro on this, i never said he was a bad player. all i said was that he has never had any major tournament wins.

Dude, he has not played in any tournaments really. What do you expect of him? To win tournaments where sixjax isn't sending him? He did bad at one mlg, and so what? If you actually watch him play and udnerstands the game, you would quickly realize his mechanics are insane and are better than any other NA player by a mile. Only foreign player who has mechanics at the same level I think is Ret. And no mehcanics isn't everything, but just trying to deny that Major isn't a top NA player is bulls...

if he doesnt play in major tournaments and post good results, how can you say he is a top NA player? its ass-backwards.

plus, i havent said he isn't good. he was good enough in BW to regularly practice with koreans (thus, artosis' man-love for him and recruitment to six-jax). i imagine he will do well in sc2 as well (maybe like puma who was also a practice beast).

i am reserving judgment until he shows something though (e.g., a good result in a major tournament).

I wish I could say I was surprised by this. Hopefully he cleans up his act like Naniwa and manages to land himself on a decent team where he can better himself as a player.

sixjax went from being run the right way in dallas:

to a complete fail in Raleigh with evoli being the lone sixjax representative by paying his own way...

Quite an impressive crash in the span of a few months. I'm sad though because there was such great potential for this team. the squad that was in dallas looked like they were going to have an awesome future... Goes to show a few greedy people and bad money management and some horrible business decisions can quite easily kill a 2nd tier sponsored team in the scene.

arguably given his drop from second place code s finisher to code a. ;-)

my choice of words may have been a little ambiguous. i meant a good result in any major tournament. obviously, the top 8 players in the last few mlgs and even the top top16 have been beasts.

edit: the first sentence was sarcasm obviously....

are people serious ? or they trolling ?

i can't believe stuff i am reading around here.
it's so sad to see angry nerds trash talking a really good player who didn't really do anything to gain all this hate.

Hmmm.

Major leaves Root because of lack of material support. Since than ...

QXC and Sheth get contracts with FXO, lives and play in Korea.
Complexity absorbs Root, picks up Drewbie and Catz. Both get send to MLGs. Drewbie to Korea.
Reign picks up Kiwikaki.

Wouldn't it be funny if in a couple of months Sixjax finally figures out a deal with TSL or IM? And they send DDE and Vibe to Korea?
