You have to follow the directions really carefully. The first code is not the same as the 2nd code. Check your email again. It should be titled "Your free month with MLG!"

Hey Superpower, I had the same problem as you did, here's what you need to do:

The first code is used to play the microwave game.
The second code is used on the http://store.majorleaguegaming.com/hotpockets link to get a silver membership.

Then you need to go to the MLG website and click on the "My MLG" > "Membership" tab at the top. There you will find a third code, and that's the one you use to get HQ live stream.

There ya go mate.

I got a silver membership but the highest qyality I get is MED. Was it supposed to be this way?

What demicore said should work, you click to change the quality, then you go to ultra/high and then go to the link demicore posted , log in go to what he says in his post and there is a code that you enter for the voucher.

No you wont get charged, if you fill in your billing information it is for a subscription membership where each month they charge your account however you do not have to do it. *I believe not 100%, but i do know 100% it wont charge you after your membership expires*
