Sad to see this, but not too surprised.

Hmmm, anyone say Complexity yet? He gets to reunite with some of his former ROOT teammates.

Anyone could see this from a mile away IMO. Sheth seems to not want to practice as much as FXO is wanting their players to practice, has no interest in moving to any form of team house, etc. He is a good player, and a big loss to FXO, but if he isn't willing to do those things he shouldn't be a pro gamer at all.

Agreed, i was so excited to see sheth in korea, and then his give up attitude dissapointed me. He didnt even want to try for code s so i dont even see why he accepted the code a invitation, he was also invited to the wildcard tournament for a second shot at the up and down matches and declined. I stopped becoming a fan after that, if a player seems less than devoted to me then i have a hard time supporting them.

Sheth went from the manner zerg to the lazy progamer in my eyes =(

(he could have just been really homesick but you think a 20 something year old male could suck it up and just do it , i mean its only a month has he never gone on vacation before?)

Players leaving teams seem to be in fashion recently, With STX (in BW) leading the pack in a grand way

Nothing really surprising to be honest. If you listened to Sheth on last weeks SotG or FXOBoss on this weeks SotG, you know that something was coming.

GL Sheth, hopefully your next team fits you more than FXO.

good luck to both sheth (he's a talented player) and the FXO crew. i'm glad to see they'll remain friendly at least.

Being realistic it sounded like FXO was going to be focusing a lot of it's operations in Malaysia, it's quite possible sheth would rather remain state side and if that's the case then clearly him and FXO long term wouldn't do well together.

Either way I'd almost just assume that the two will do just fine in the future.

I knew this would happen. If I had been Sheth's manager and he had backed out on his GSTL obligation over having to wait only two or three weeks to go home it would have instantly considered dropping him from the team. Obviously Sheth is a great player and an incredibly nice guy, but you have to be committed to your team before anything else. They count on you and you have to be there for them. It's not like anyone asked Sheth not to see his family for a particularly long time. I'm not even sure whether that's what this is about, but I was really disappointed to see Sheth drop out of GSTL, and I'm disappointed to see him leave FXO, but I think it had to happen. Good job, BoSs.
If all you're offering is Dos Equis, I will stay thirsty thank you very much.

Doubt it, reign is going for the korean gaming model with a teamhouse and everything.

Sheth isnt into that, so i dont think he would fit in very well, just like he didnt with FXO.

Wtf??

Has sheth said anything? I don't understand why he would quit a team that can offer him so much.

Does he not want to play in korea and international events and fxo obv wants to do everything they possiblely clan (includeing buy a new sc2 pro korean team :D)

Quoted for truth. I saw FXO cutting him as soon as he decided to leave Korea. FXO is obviously a group of pretty alpha-male personalities, and Sheth just didn't fit in. I hope he finds success somewhere else, but his attitude makes it really hard to root for him.

Good luck to both!

I have only read half of the 11 pages, so i don't know if it has been mentioned yet:

Does anyone know if Sheth will still be at MLG?

Not a big surprise really, sheth wants different things.

I do hope he goes to another good team though, can't have talent like that wasted!

I can't speak out without knowing what cumulation of events/ideas lead to this breakup, but I feel that FXO is making a big mistake by losing a player of this caliber, despite having just picked up fOu.

Sheth proved his mettle in the GSTL and is a fantastic player, I hope he is very selective in choosing his next team with regards to his goals.

After what happened with TSL_Puma at NASL finals... if it really is EG.Sheth, I can see accusations of poaching coming out again. Alex Garfield gave out a lot of business cards.
