Terran
 Polt: King of Underrated, considering how he won the Super Tournament, which makes him a GSL champion (special events counts much like the World Championship did). Every other champion got the respect they deserved with the exception of Polt (at least Jjakji is acknowledged). He might have fallen off a bit but he's still quite solid and for a while held a Perfect 10-0 record vP in the GSL.
aLive: Overrated by casters when he was doing poorly and underrated by players when he's now doing very well. Though I think he's overrated by the writers on Team Liquid now.
GanZi: Because cheesing players with hilarious and excellent cheese often comes with unwarranted hate and not enough praise. Superb TvZ.
Zerg
 Lucky: Otherwise known as the guy who roach rushed every SlayerS player to get to the finals of IPL3 only to lose in a landslide 4-0 to Stephano. Yeah his play is uninspiring but he keeps crushing some face at any rate.
Zenio: For a while back then, Zenio felt like he was one of the best Zergs, just hovering below the best top 5. Sometimes he would do extremely well and sometimes he would just utterly fail. I'm actually not sure what the current situation is at the moment, other than he's probably still very solid.
YuGiOh: Gatekeeper of Code A, nuff said. Gets to Code S only to die but somehow and someway he keeps finding himself back in Code A, even if he gets knocked out of it. Hell according to the Liquipedia he's competed in every Code A tournament since October 2011.
Protoss
 Choya: For someone who's coaching a team he's still a solid player, much like TheWinD. Gets a few wins here and there for FXO in GSTL.
InCa: Because every other goddamn Protoss out there has been overrated or overhyped at some point, there's no better candidate than our beloved cheesy Protoss for being underrated.

I don't know why people consider his playstyle (in PvT) to be 'risky', but when Genius and PartinG does the exact same style/gameplan, they're considered gods. His PvZ on the other hand, though... Yes, he plays risky but no more risky than any other Protoss who have done pretty much the same thing.

His proxy 2 gate didn't work because it was scouted, not because he failed at executing it. Oz was simply prepared for it, and InCa did the absolute best job he could, considering the circumstances (those zealots would've died anyway, since Probe movespeed > zealot movespeed).
No-one is saying that InCa deserves to be in Code S or that he's worthy of it, but he isn't some Protoss cheese-scrub that everyone suggests he is. I would consider him a solid Code A Protoss and he probably deserves it, if not for his PvZ matchup.

IdrA is simultaneously the most overrated and underrated pro there is. He consistently gets in the top ten of most tournaments, with the exception of GSL ... he's not great, but you'd think based on his most ardent 'haters' that he's a steaming pile of crap.
Jinro, QXC, InControl, Sheth, TLO ... all these "mid-tier" pro's are still miles ahead of the average Grandmaster player, imo. You just have to watch their streams and how they play and pay less stock in tournament results.
The only player I think is a bit overrated is Sen ... there's something about his playstyle that is 'shakey' to me.
You are wrong, average GM players are better than iNcontroL, its sad but true.. TLO on the other hand does ok on ladder.

Overrated players: MMA, Polt, idra and pretty much everyone that artosis hypes up and claims to be the best player in the world, because of one bo3 for example MVPgenius

um, genius is in the semis right now and has been good for a long time. he was considered the scariest player way back in GSL Open Rounds 1/2/3.
mma has won multiple championships so I'm not sure where you're getting him from.
polt isn't rated very high at all since he fell off, so again
idra is the only person you mentioned that makes any sense
