It's not *just* because you're not Korean, it's because your ranking on the Korean ladder wouldn't be accurate if you weren't playing on it from the beginning. You still have to face monsters like DRG (like QXC did) in the Code A qualifiers if you want to make it to Code A. It would be ludicrous to ask top players to move to Korea and ladder for 2-3 months before they could begin to qualify. It's funny that cArn and fury are both names of two well known Swedish CS players. Gl to you both and eSahara.

![]() note: I skipped 2 questions as it was not that related to the topic and the answers are darn long :D original itw here + Show Spoiler + Team-aAa : Hi cArn, how is it going? still living in the GomHouse? Souaib "cArn" Hanaf : I am having some issues in Korea to be honest as I had to leave the GomHouse because FXO needed the whole thing. Therefore I'm in pain to have enough training time to play the tourneys I'm participating. Nevertheless I'm always meeting more people and learning a lot. As I can't practice as much I take time to think about how to improve myself and how to perfect my builds. Today you're joining eSahara, how did it happen? Gamecreds noticed me streaming and offered me to do it on their webtv, i accepted but Dailymotion is not ideal in Korea so i had to stop. Retox -my contact in GameCreds - is also part of esahara and offered to join their new sc2 roster, After a conversation with ryad, I accepted. Do you have any idea about who will be your teammates? I really can't talk about it now, sorry! Signing with eSahara means you are coming back to France or you will be their Korean department? For the moment I'll be their "Korean department" as you say, I met a lot of people in here and know how it works. I think that a team need to have a presence abroad (understand out of France) and in Korea to be complete. Even if there are way more competitions out of Korea, the highest skill is here and everybody watches the Korean scene. After a year in Korea, what are your ambitions? I think that after one year there I must have caught up with the scene skillwise (as I never played a RTS before) and should start gettign some results to please the one cheering for me. I prouved myself that i can compete with the best players in the world and getting respect among my peers. What's coming next is pretty simple, training with a Korean team and qualify for the GSL code A, also participating in as many tourneys as I can now that eSahara is supporting me. any shoutout? I got into this adventure just for myself, now i'm going on for the ones who support men believe in me and wait for me to succeed, I want to thank them all. Also thanks to my friends and family and of course thanks to eSahare for picking me to start their SC2 roster, I'm sure we'll do great together! P.S merci Retox ![]()

This was more of a hate post than I intended, Fury is solid and a great pickup for a newly formed team. it was just that one sentence that struck me as odd.
