We've talked about it, but it won't happen this summer. It might happen in the fall, however, if the conditions are right... We'll see.

Yeah. That's his goal completely. Earn your respect, and then retire.

Have you ever even actually watched him play? I doubt you have ever bought a GSL pass.

He is extremely versatile, but since his risky all ins made a louder impact on the community everyone that reads TL suddenly knows EVERYTHING about any player that ever played competitively without ever actually watching them.

If you actually watched him you would be quite aware that his macro is better than most foreigner Terrans to say the least.

Does anyone else feel like koreans joining foreigner teams is going to make the koreans worse?

Without the korean training effect, they'll just be foreigners, like SeleCT. Not that SeleCT isn't awesome, he's just not on the level of koreans anymore.

I think the more koreans leave korea, the more people might see that practice and devotion are a lot more important than nationality, look at HuK.

It's always cool to see multinational teams, but I don't think the results are going to be what people expect lol

(just to add, NA and EU metagames are probably a month behind KR, not to mention the KR ladder being much more competitive, paired with lower quality training partners, it just seems like the publicity of these koreans joining foreigner teams might not match up with the results)

You're right. Sen is Taiwanese.

I was being incredibly openly sarcastic. Read the context of the conversation before throwing up on yourself.

The point stands, I posit that Sen would be a lot better if he was practicing in Taiwan, China, or Korea. Not to mention that a single example doesn't mean anything to the statement that training is better in Korea. Players like Sen and Naniwa may just have amazing solo practice schedules, most players don't. IdrA practices like 5 hours less in America than he did in Korea. It shows.

I will agree with you that Rain will probably get a little worse after spending over a year training in Korea. I don't think you can compare Select though since he never specifically trained for starcraft in Korea.
