I always tell the players "those who are following you are like charging infantry. Do not be content with what you have because you will become stagnant water. Never forget the fact that somewhere behind you, there is someone who wants what you have." I want to make them throw away thoughts like "I'm around average in SlayerS, so I could never get cut from the team". We do monthly calculations of individual performance and award 'scholarships'. It's a system of never-ending competition. The players must learn that if they cannot survive in Slayers Clan, they cannot survive in the outside world.
Even if some teams do not think favorably of this system, it's been of great help and the results speak for themselves. Training in our team isn't as difficult as it might seem at first. I think that it's the most professional image one can have. When we work, we work; when we play, we play.

- I hope foreigners are reading this and getting scared. It's not jus their prize money that Koreans are prepared and able to take, but also their company sponsorships. If it wasn't already abundantly clear, they must get better if they are able to continue to exist as progamers.
