The season he had last year, you'd think he would be running drills instead of playing sc2... The brain you have in your head, you would think you would be posting something intelligent instead of this crap. What exactly was unintelligent my friend? I think 4v4s are a joke -- I think gold-level 4v4s are even more of a joke. I'm also a rabid NBA fan and want to see Hayward succeed; he didn't have a very solid season. Care to explain what you meant? Cheers. cause your post is just bad. That would be like me telling you to stop posting on teamliquid because you need to get better at whatever your job is. "After your performance last year at work, you'd think you would be trying to improve that instead of bashing an nba player on teamliquid" give me a break...
Firstly, the comment wasn't meant literally. It was a kind of cheap shot at Hayward because he plays for the Jazz, a team I loathe.
Secondly, I think it's just funny that people dig watching a guy who is bad just because he is semi-famous. I wouldn't watch Jerry Seinfeld play soccer; I wouldn't watch Blake Griffin sing. But TL wets its pants routinely for analogous situations. To each his/her own I suppose.
Anyhow, that's all you'll hear from me on this one. Good luck to Hayward in all of his endeavors.

It shouldn't be surprising that a NBA player is working on 4v4 in this. In basketball 1v1 isn't taken as seriously as team games. That doesn't carry over to SC2, but 4v4 is probably what he started with as a result of his background. As long as he's enjoying the game, can't hate.

Your argument was god awful to begin with. Why do you think people watch shows like Dancing with the Stars or some other horrible reality TV show with celebrities? Because watching someone famous do something out of their norm is interesting.
Hell, Incontrol was on WCG Ultimate Gamer a few years ago, and people on TL loved it. You aren't going to tell him to stop fucking around and get better at Starcraft, are you?

Jesus Christ then why even complain about other people enjoying whatever it is they enjoy? This is a site for Starcraft fans who enjoy playing and watching Starcraft and excited that someone famous also has the same interest.
I must be getting old because my tolerance for random haters is getting short. It could also be the bourbon.
I just don't get today's internet culture

As a die-hard basketball fan, I think it's pretty awesome that Gordon Hayward is playing SC2. Maybe if NBA players were a little more involved in the Starcraft community, MLG DALLAS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PLANNED DURING THE NCAA FINAL FOUR AND THE MLG COLUMBUS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH WOULDN'T HAVE COINCIDED WITH GAME 4 OF THE NBA FINALS AAGGGHHH!!

Yes, I think they are horrendous. That's what my post said. I have no doubt people like them (that's why they're on television); it doesn't make mass culture / pop culture good or entertaining. Opinion only goes so far my friend. If someone tells me Bieber is better, in terms of composition or execution, than The Beatles, they have a right to their opinion; I also have the right to think they are fools. If you like reality TV, well...
Anyway, good to see Hayward is watching SC Jesus in his spare time. He's on his way.
