Things to consider: The event shown must be streamed in the evening. For events played over a few consecutive days the final day would obviously be preferable ^^ It could perhaps be an idea to contact TLO and the swedes in the pro house and see if they want to attend? Also contacting Rakaka could be a good idea.

Bars tend to be on the louder side and some don't even have the audio on. I would imagine the volume would have to be quite high in a bar. This should be alright. The same "problem" applies to regular public viewing. Yes, the tv volume might offend regular customers. One should publicly announce it as an event- much like Superbowl or Soccer Worldcup so people know it's not a regular evening. As long as enough people show up for SC2 it shouldn't concern the bar owner too much in regards of earnings and atmosphere.

Starcraft without a commentary can be difficult.
