Take, I have to admit, I don't like you commentating games - maybe this is the reason I like the HomeStory Cups, because you are just co-commentating "behind" rotterdam, socke, etc.  - but I also have to say:

eSport needs people like you! Maybe I'm going too far, but you are quite a "German Day[9]" or something like that: you are dedicated to eSports no matter what's happening and want to make it big!

For your redecoration, maybe you could take a picture of "all" rooms by a camera every day (or even hour or so) and in the end - when everything is finished - make a little video how it all happened!
Also: I'm currently (and will be a little bit) in France for work and Cologne Krefeld (I figure this flat is in Cologne!? DeVo gave it away ) is quite 300km from my place, but damn, if you need someone that paints the walls at a weekend, give me a call! Just need a couch or mattress to sleep on (and some beer for payment  )

Seriously? How the hell can it be that cheap? I paid 590€/month for a 23m2 studio in Helsinki. For 1000-1200€ youd probably get something like a 50m2 apartment in Helsinki (good location).

Krefeld (the city of TaKe) is really cheap. And probably the flat was 1 Year empty so the agent is happy that sb takes that flat.

@bRuTaL - it all depends on where you live. Where i live, for 590e a month, you can rent 300m2 ez.

Man thank you that you are honest and for the offer but well all this parts are already planed and my family helps me out alot with all this stuff : P this part is already 100% planed
