They've done this video but not with Jinro's face originally. They have a method so that you can put in any face there and it will appear. Its still awesome though. Hadnt thought about this : )

Its the public service access fee and it is paid directly to the company, no taxes involved. And you pay if are able to access the public service channels in sweden. Notice the quotation marks on Tax... The reason i call it a tax is because it is 100% mandatory to pay it if you own a TV (doesnt matter if it's broken, stored in the basement or whatever). The fact that there is no choice involved, even if you never ever watch SVT etc, is what makes me, and many many others call it a "tax". -"And you pay if are able to access the public service channels in sweden." In what was is this even remotely true? Me and my roommates bought a new TV for our appartment, the next week this bitch from radiotjänst shows up and wants money. We politely tell her that the TV is only ever used for playing video games (which was true), and that its not even hooked into the [whatever the place you put the tv cable is called], nor do we even own such a cable. But alas this does not seem to matter, we get a bill and thats that.

Buying a working TV, computer with TV-card or radio in sweden gives you access to public service. You get a bill, or a plea to pay, and its up to you to pay. You can always say that you dont have a TV, the people that goes around and visits people and talk about public service has no legal right to say that you have a TV in your home.

One definition of a tax is: A payment to a public authority, required by statute, for a public purpose. The Swedish law (Lag (1989:41) om TV-avgift) states: 1 § The holder of a television receiver shall pay TV license fee for the receiver to the radio i Kiruna AB. + Show Spoiler +1 § Den som innehar en TV-mottagare skall betala TV-avgift för mottagaren till Radiotjänst i Kiruna Aktiebolag. Seems to fit quite well.

Although it's highly suspicious a video about jinro wouldn't have him talking in it, just his pictures, it was still pretty believable Anyone know what the last few lines translates in english?
