The message was something like " unable to stream. something about my firewall blocking" although i had the same exact settings all along and just the previous day i could run it no problem. Tried installing-reinstalling, relogging in, etc and still doesn't work. So i can't play the hq live stream anymore so won't be buying it. The stream was good in quality though for me so i'd recommend anyone who doesn't get bugged by the technical problem to get it. iirc *everyone* had that issue, it was resolved 10 seconds into the first game.

Is it worth it to try to get a refund?

Even though the stream might have problems, I was being a leech until now and the quality of commentating, the games and the playerpool got a lot better over the seasons. I'm happy that I finally bought it and hope that it will help GOMTV enough (I have no idea how feasible their concept is...),

Stream just doesn't work, which is a shame since it's supposed to be included in the ticket, but the VODs are always up quickly after the matches took place and are high quality, you got to give them that. Livestreams are at inconvenient times for me anyway.

Despite choppy stream here in the UK, which isnt necessarily GOMTV's fault (could be various ISP's fault between SK->US->Europe), one can easily see the value of spending 15$ on something like 40+ hours of entertainment. VODs alone make it worthwhile, the casting archon makes up for lack of technical quality and quite frankly, I want more GSLs in the future, would like to see more foreigners attracted to attending and competing. So by buying a ticket, I support what gives me entertainment. Thats the way money is supposed to be spend, aside from the basic necessities in life, isnt it.

Don't have the time to watch them live, and if I'm gonna watch VODs I prefer BW anyway, and I don't really spend enough time watching VODs to justify paying for the GSL anyway. Maybe when the main tournament comes around I'll go for it though.

I gave up last season and just watched the VODs I've watched just about every one live cause I just have that kind of time sometimes and I've never had lag even once, i think its more likely your connection lol. anyways I love the GSL I will buy every event that comes out and support the tournament my only problem is even though they sped sc2 up I dont like watching it as much as brood war haha.

Tired of seeing tvz tvt zvz instead of my own race. Same goes for live streams. More time to play myself. ![]() (+ annoying live stream problems. .in europe atleast)
