This would have been hilarious if it happened in some movie like American Pie or something, but if you think about the actual real life situation where people have have to go in there after he's had his fun then it's different. Imagine you have to take your kid in there to pee and you are like "WTF, why does it smell like cum in here? Oh I guess that guy that was just in here fired one off." And then you realise your kid is breathing in the fumes from some guy's cum. That's is some f'd up shit man!

Since it's a restroom whatever you are breathing in, especially after someone has been there recently, it's not very nice. It's like youre saying that whatever a person has done in a restroom they shouldnt have done it out of respect for others
