Is this why he hasn't been on an episode in 3 months? He's busy. Try to bring Spades on. Similar to how you brought Orb on. Would be interesting.

It was done for Orb who was blatantly guilty, it should be done for Spades who cannot be proven guilty. He can't be proven guilty in the strict sense of the word, but circumstantial evidence does pile up. Combine that with the fact that someone with a history of hacking has a higher prior probability of hacking than average, and these allegations need to be seriously looked into by people knowledgeable of these hacks.

As far as the circumstantial evidence thing goes, I agree that it can start to pile up, but a lot of what has been presented today has been contested hard by as many people as have supported the claims. I guess it's sort of Nerchio vs Illusion in the pro department. Regardless of Spades being involved in the SotG for today or not, we need to have another "big person" talk about witch hunting in the community. If Spades is decided to be innocent, his career could be pretty hosed.

If he is innocent there will be a huge blablabla on reddit again about how horrible this community is and how Spades was accused... People would get to if he was innocent. People would get to know him in the first place. I never knew about him before today.

Maybe, but I think with the nature of the conflict and how split much of the community (?) seems to be on the evidence, he could be decided to be innocent on technicality (that there is only subjective evidence). That could still make it unattractive to invite him to further showmatches or events, or could lose him stream viewers. It could do the opposite I suppose, in that controversy is attractive in the internet. Either way though, he could have benefit (by your argument) without the wild witch hunt attitude displayed by the mob.
