Incontrol is the key to a lot of the great banter and conversation. The shows without Incontrol are rather bland because Artosis and Tyler are relatively quiet. They need someone like Incontrol to get everyone else going.

THEY SUCK!" but then they stare at you blankly and say "I was just saying I like them..." This is that. You are no longer invited to my birthday parties and I hate you. You should still invite them so they have to buy you a present like a new Batman figure, but just dont play with during the party. Or if there are team games, make sure all the jerks are on one team and stack your team up with your older family members who are super atheletic. Its good to let the hate flow through you, but you must channel it lest you find yourself having your legs cut off by your friend and thrown into a river of lava. Hypothetically speaking...

HOWEVER, thinking about some of favorite podcasts, the best thing about them is that they are a real conversation between folks and they pretty much have the same debate they'd have if there were having lunch together. And they are not recorded live. So I'm willing to see how it goes and if removing the live element makes for a better show -- less pressure, more casual atmosphere, whatever. There are no doubt practical benefits related to production and bandwidth and whatnot to going prerecorded as well. I really hope that Day9 and inControl are still regulars though... kinda sad the first 'real' episode after going official didn't have all the pillars.

If there wasent a pedestal for Incontrol to voice his opinions , his career would be in trouble, I can only imagine as a player hes losing a ton of money for EG, hence why there sending him out to PAX, and to commentate for dreamhack, hes there PR guy. no hate tho, id love to see him own as a player. hate, hate, hate, dick statement, hate, hate. I already skip most events that are prerecorded / have 0 live elements just because I find them much harder to enjoy then simply watching a livestream. I'm willing to give it a shot but if it's the same type of content 2012 shows have given so far, can't really say I'll keep listening. Hopefullly post production will make it worth it!

As a progamer IPL was supposed to be your priority, but instead you had to go PAX . You are definately the PR guy for the team, and secondly a pro gamer if the PR does not get into the way. If EG kept you around for your skill,Then axslav would still be on EG , cause hes better than you and he got sacked. No sugar coating. At the time eg decided to get rid of axslav he was not really giving them any PR. So i can see why they looked at 2 things and decided to sack him, and keep you onboard. Either way dont take this as hate. I have seen the improvement in your play, and i wish in the future EG takes more seriously for your progaming skills and makes competeing in events more of a priority rather than advertising for other events. Because you are afterall a progamer.

That statement inherently implies he's not worthy of of it. Let's all be honest here, InControl is what makes SOtG great. It would be a good show without him. It's a great show with him. I'm definitely inclined to call him the voice of EG but not in a bad way, at all. On top of being a solid Protoss player he brings more positive attention to EG than any of the other players (IdrA brings a lot of negative attention, and let's not forget a certain other incident that happened involving the team recently). The sponsors, for the most part, don't give a shit about tournament results. What they care about the team drawing attention to their brands, by the players becoming a face for their involvement in eSports. Find me a player who consistently brings more positive attention than InControl, and I will buy you lunch. TLDR: Even if he weren't a good player (which he is), his personality alone is, in my opinion, the backbone of what is keeping EG profitable, and I would contend that based solely on his personality, he is the most important member of EG. Bar none.
