This sounds absolutely horrible. Their solution to having players being kept seeded too long was to make it so up and coming players can't qualify to get seeding for the regular events? Isn't this the exact same problem as last year in different form? If a new player breaks onto the seen he's still going to be seeded lower than players invited to the qualifiers.
