My point is that Psy has brought in a ton of Youtube fans and he's the new big caster, and actually competed with IdrA for a while.

Oh I didn't quite get that the first time. Yeah it's a good thing to get new viewers watching, but I feel most go directly to his page rather than go to TL to find his stream up... which would then lead them to finding other players who they may enjoy as well.

It's this bullshit "must take risks to be a good player" mentality. IdrA took a risk and tried to roach/ling bust him, and it failed. Minigun used a standard play with good mechanics and force field and won.
Zergs try a lot of risky shit nowadays, to keep protoss off their third especially, and people ignore the tons of failure yet jizz themselves when something actually works like NesTeas spine proxy.

its true though he is not the best player. Destiny is far better then i am and will probably ever be but he is far from the best. Think about it would you ever pick Destiny to win a MLG or to Win a Dreamhack, No you wouldn't because he is not a top end player.

I tuned into Destiny's stream quite late into the Destiny discussion, so I didn't catch all the sparse comments.
When iNcontrol starts talking about how Destiny doesn't win stuff, he responds by saying "fuck you, when was the last time YOU won anything?" (or something like that). He also said that he qualified for IPL. Nevertheless, his tone was very much in jest and not in seriousness.

A baldric of you watched Black Adder. I want to watch a stream of a guy who constantly fails but we love him because he fails so epicly. Its like a maphacker that is surprised by an all in (Obviously not that exact although it'd be nice to see the fastest ban in history). No no no, I would like to see someone akin to a NASL Artosis joke. Except not Artosis he's fantastic already.
