@Kitty, Make an honest attempt to improve your StarCraft. Do your homework. Learning how to play SCII at a better-than-average (aka you know all the units, the spells, the common strategies, the things that will let you beat all your casual-gaming friends) level is not actually that hard, and if you spend maybe two weeks in full immersion, you'll be commentating at a much more respectable level. Don't pull the "I'm a female" card, try to avoid it. Even if you're not trying to pull that card, people will assume the worst of you. If you wink at the camera or wear low dresses, people will assume the worst of you. True gamers will think less of you, random sketchy YouTubers will objectify you. @Krytos Sorry xD Haven't had the chance to listen to that many of your commentaries. I think you give some vague play by plays that are a little on the filler side. Your enthusiasm shows more in the recent commentaries that I've previewed - good job! :D In general, you guys probably both need to play the game a lot more and possibly watch other commentators (Day9 in particular) to start gaining that deeper level of understanding past the play-by-play. If you don't have the time commitment to do that, then REALLY work on your color commentary to the point where people don't care if you're making bad calls. Sometimes it doesn't matter. Be really funny. Best of luck! | ||
