We're not using WoW servers per se, the whole RealID thing is a crossover game thing that will be implented for every Blizzard game. That way you can chat with friends who play WoW/D3/Sc2 no matter what game you're currently logged onto. As I'm no programmer I can't really give you a straight answer but i'd assume the RealID has its own servers, which we share with the WoW people, while the servers who are actually supporting the automatch making system etc is on seperate servers.

WoW has it's own authentication servers, which are separate for the multiple servers that make up each in-game realm. Battle.net is just an expansion of the authentication servers. They're separate from the games, but allow cross communication between the games themselves.

Here the game dont initialize

I updated it this evening, but now when i click the SC2 icon it stays forever in the
"launcher connecting to patch server"

im waiting for 30 minutes and nothing occurs

I am still trying to download this hugenormous program. I finally managed to download the downloader client, but it's going to take forever. Not to mention another huge patch after. FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUU so impatient right now.
