I was thinking about adjusting my sleeping schedule just for this, but I got family over, don't want them to be worried, lol.

Can anyone tell me what the parking situation is like around the Harvey Mudd campus? Are there pre-assigned locations that I'll be able to park, or will I have to buy a day-pass? Is there parking near the event? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! See this HMC page http://www.hmc.edu/academicsclinicresearch/interdisciplinarycenters/hixonforum1/forum1/parking.html PS: According to the Gangsters of Beta article, the KotB broadcast will start at midnight PST, check www.casualbase.com for your timezone.

Is there parking near the event? Regarding parking at Harvey Mudd: On Foothill or 12th street would be the "legal" places to park. However, during the summer, there is very, very little going on on campus, and they've historically been very relaxed about enforcing parking permit restrictions when school's not in session. The nearest HMC parking lot to the event is at the southwest corner of campus, with the entrance on 12th street near Dartmouth. I wouldn't be too worried about parking there -- they almost never tow cars unless they're chronic offenders, and the worst that will happen is a written warning. Of course, I haven't spent much time at HMC in the last few years, so Day[9] might chime in to say "OH HELL NO CLAREMONT POLICE WILL TOW YOUR CAR." I kind of doubt it, though. Note: I'd be careful about checking for parking restrictions in the nearby residential neighborhoods. I don't know that overnight parking is permitted on all those streets, so if you stay late, you might get a real ticket.
