1.) I already purchased my ticket for the event, got the confirmation number and everything. So, I'm just wondering...do I just walk up to the event and walk-on in? Will I be on a guest list or something? I'll be bringing my confirmation number and stuff just in case some odd technical difficulty does appear. 2.) Do we need to provide our own computers with SC in order to participate in the SC LAN play? 3.) I know the event said "Food" will be available, but will it be served on a strictly cash basis? Will they take credit / debit cards? Or is the food already provided and 'set' and included in the ticket? Sorry if I am asking questions you may not know the answer to: I'm trying to coordinate multiple people coming to the event and am having to arrange food, transportation, lodging (if necessary) so all of this is a concern. Thanks in advance!

In case anyone is interested in the answers of my questions, here they are just so you are aware ![]() 1) Yeah, we'll have a list so you'll just need to show some form of identification/confirmation number. We'll then highlight your name so clones of you will be unable to get into the event. 2) Unless we suddenly say otherwise, the Starcraft LAN area will be setup in advance. 3) You get a fixed amount of tickets that you can exchange for food. However you always purchase more if you are a giant man like me! Cash only plz! : ]

This means that we're in somewhat desperate need of someone who has room in a car (or something similar) for 2 persons and who's driving from somewhere in LA to and from the party. If someone was able and willing to do us that favour we'd be in near endless debt and will of course pay any related expenses + the 25$ covering the Countdown party ticket. Me: Kristian J. Neergaard, 23 years My Brother: Thomas, 18 years. Please contact me here or on my email: harmlesstoo [at] gmail [dot] com. Any response (also on alternative modes of getting to Harvey Mudd from downtown LA) is much appreciated. Best Regards An extremely excited Kristian

Living in the US is actually awful for this, especially if you're too far away to attend in person. 4pm-4am is already rough timing, and if you live in the eastern 3/4 of the country it's 5pm-5am, 6pm-6am, or 7pm-7am. Just not doable for most folks unless you're still a teenager and can stay up all hours of the night and pull off wonky sleep schedules without feeling like you got run over by a semi repeatedly. (And you have no job to go to the following day, not that Day had any control over the date.) I sympathize with the fact that often stuff broadcast from NA is at terrible middle-of-the-night times for overseas fans (eg Europeans staying up until 3-4am for D9D), so I can't complain too much, but I also can't help but be disappointed that I'll miss a big chunk of this.

Get to Union Station (Someone at the Airport will be able to help you get to the Union Station) Take the Metrolink from Union Station to Claremont. If you do this, you can PM me and I'd be happy to pick you up. Also, there is: www.supershuttle.com You can probably get to Claremont for $20-30 via super shuttle. Great deal! You probably already bought your tickets, but if you go to the LA-Ontario International Airport, that is much closer to Claremont than LAX.
