So basically they have a promotion from june 11-june 30 to try to get people to sign up for battle.net (with a prize drawing). They're saying that "Sign up to seize the opportunity to take part of the last Beta test for SC2", and from what I can tell if you sign up for battle.net you get a beta key for the closed beta.
