gamestop.com had SC2 pre-order for 50$, while the Canadian site had it for 70$. This is when the Canadian dollar was on par or above the US dollar. I also called a local store, and they said when you pre-order you don't have to pay more, regardless of whether the pre-order cost increases, or if the pre-order price decreases - problem is I think I read on their website that if the pre-order price goes up, you will have to pay more. Now if they are offering a beta key though, I'm not sure if I can resist. | ||

He didn't have a definite date or cost but expected around 120 after tax(CAN) for the CE. The good thing about EB Games is you can put an initial pre-order down for as low as $5. $5 dollar Beta Key people(although I put down 50). | ||

Just posting to let you guys know that the EBGames at the Harmony Road Plaza in Oshawa, Ontario gave me a sheet of paper with ten (10!) beta keys on it for a preorder. He said I was the first person to come in since they got them so they still probably have more. -Unfortunately I intend to pass these keys along to my friends, so just in-advance saying I cant pass them out to you guys -I realize my credibility is essentially zero due to my post count but this is not a lie, and if you live in this area and don't believe me then it's your loss I suppose As an extra note, I've used three of them for myself/friends so far and all three have worked. | ||

I went down to Dufferin Mall, placed my pre-order, and got a key. However, the clerk seemed to having giving me mine quite grudgingly... He said he was calling people who have already pre-ordered to come get their keys first. From what I saw, there was about ~15 keys left. | ||
