http://hacks.mit.edu/Hacks/by_year/1996/gore/ You win if you get 5 in a row and if you already have 4 you want him to say not just a buzzword but the one that's missing to win. Plus you get to yell bingo in the chat if you win. The drinking game is just a addition for those who want to get buzzed. ![]()

I watch like 20 minutes of the daily late last night and then I want to sleep, so I go to watch the rest today, but no, wait, can't skip ahead of blip TV without it glitching out, so I go to just let it play silently to catch up where I was, I pause it once to see if it's where I want, and it glitches and won't start again! that's why i started downloading the episodes today... Seems there is no way around that until D9 finally switches his activity (at least regarding the most recent videos) over to youtube.

I made the mistake of trying to go back a few minutes because I got a drink, and you have to watch the whole thing all over again . Now I just downloaded the latest episode using flashget. Also you get commercials in the middle of the stream as well, I got one around the 9 mins. mark. Hey man, have you heard of Adblock? It's pretty sweet...

Sjow is pronounced Show. As in "on with the show".

Those blip.tv a-holes became greedy implemented in-stream advertisements which obviously break any fast forwarding / skipping back so now it sucks.

Go to a video that you want to watch in the archive, right click the Download button and select "Copy Link Address" (or w/e it says). Go to your media player, select File -> Open URL, paste in the URL of the VOD and open! It works perfectly for me with the GOM Player, but I haven't tried it with any other media players.

Yeah that enables you to skip around in the parts of the video that are already downloaded on your disk, but still no skipping ahead on the fly so you still have to watch an episode in one sitting. Only real workaround now is to download the Episode with Flashget with multiple http connections I get around 2 MB/s which takes around 5 minutes for an episode to download.

Might be your browser because I have no problem skipping around blip (using chrome.)

You don't need to use flashget to download the video. There is a download button that'll let you download it no problem without flashget :D

. Now I just downloaded the latest episode using flashget.
