Question: You are supposed to select 1 unit and only build that unit. But can you choose to attack with that one unit and throw in attacking structures too in the push? For example if I choose zealots can I attack with cannons too?

In response to all the people complaining that I was not playing "at a very high level"- to be honest, what did you expect? With restrictions that severe no terran player is going to be able to play any semblance of a normal game. I chose to go 3 nuke rush his main on whim (a build I had experimented with exactly twice beforehand, both immediately prior to the broadcast game) and it worked out better than I expected. It's not like this is a build I practice for regular use.
For some general information, my opponent was a 1400 diamond protoss and I was a 1150 diamond terran at the time of playing. By no means great, but do you really expect to see great play when your core units are restricted? I think you're missing the point of funday monday, which I believe day says is "to do goofy shit".
I personally thought the planetary fortress chasing the OC was hilarious, and overall had a great time watching this and the other monday casts.
and re: nuking my own scvs- i knew he had no units that could shoot air vs my 5 banshees at that point. I dropped them there and nuked them intentionally "to do goofy shit".

Archons are a Templar ability makes sense to me.

Xaeryn you did a great job with the restrictions :D, loved the replay. I agree with you on the whole point of doing goofy stuff. I dont see why people might be complaining, but they are prolly just jealous that they cant pull off an epic nuke win like that haha

Wow, the three nukes game was actually awesome, it has everything the Monday Funday asked for, it met the restrictions, it had nukes, and actually well placed nukes. It was entertaining and people lost their whole fucking base.
I think people are just jealous their games didn't get put in :p

I've already started playing on custom games and random ladder. Building only Archons. Though technically I'm only building dt's and not doing anything with them until they become Archons. I don't have any teamates so if anyone wants to try some 'goofy shit' with me I'm up for it.
