I got studdering every 5 seconds or so throughout the daily, from 7:05 to about 7:20. I was surprised because it hasn't happened in a long time.

I'm using Firefox w/ adblock plus with a 8 up 20 down connection. I tried closing the browser, resetting the stream, the whole shebang, but nothing worked.

Other than that, everything looked great, the quality is top notch. I can tell the difference especially with the webcam. Great job setting up the computer and getting everything up n running. Can't wait to watch the VOD ^^

Wanted to say the Ustream quality is definitely much nicer than Livestream.com. The change is awesome.

I did get a lot of choppiness when I tried to watch it live (I have a good connection too so that's not it). I do like the improved quality though and I absolutely love how quickly the vod went up. Not sure if that is a feature of ustream or not but if so then its a major plus. Anyway, good cast as always!

Quality was good, especially the SC2 footage. I had no choppiness or stutters.

Noticeable difference over recent livestream episodes.

I was not able to catch your stream live, as I assumed it would be at 9, bleh. BUT! I did watch the VoD and loved the quality of the video and of the audio. I'm glad that the video was nice and ready to view, just an hour after the cast finished, that was amazing. Thanks for doing these tests with the streaming websites, it'll make the experience better for all of us!

I had tons of stutters. Little pausing and buffering, and then it would "catch up" later skipping like 15 seconds ahead. Quality was great, but I probably had worse stuttering than when you were on livestream.

I have about 10 megabit connection that's pretty stable.

Ustream didn't stutter for me in VOD mode, but it did freeze when I tried to rewind a few seconds.

The only problem I've had is that banner along the bottom. It's really persistent (reappears every 5min or so) and in just the wrong spot. Maybe there's a way to set it to go along the top instead? That would be less obtrusive for watching the minimap and whatnot.

By the way, CTRL+S is the shortcut for enable/disable sound if you didn't know. Similarly CTRL+M toggles music.

Personally I never had any issues with Livestream, as such, I like Livestream better because it has better features than Ustream. The Ustream feed is nice, but I think it's partially because you've upped your video setting to Medium. All the popup ads and the Ustream logo overlapping the food UI is fairly annoying in my book.

Plus, watching the archived feed isn't quite as nice. You can't pop out the video to resize, and I had some issues pausing the archive, etc. Either way I'll keep watching regardless of where you end up.

I am getting quite a lot (read: every 5 seconds, for about 30 seconds duration!!) of stuttering even when watching your VOD of Daily #110, however I can view other streams on uStream without issues, even ones with 1800+ live users. I can also stream a 720p Youtube video with only about 4 - 5 seconds of buffering at the start, without any issues at all. My connection is ~18mbit down, and ~800kbit up, from Australia.

Had a few little skips in video quality with the audio being A-ok (happened for about 1-2% of the cast). But I think that was more my vid card or processor than my internet connection. And of course the content of the cast was superb. I would say from my perspective the visual quality WHEN livestream is working as intended was about 2-4 fold better on ustream. Thanks again for the great cast and happy hunting.

it was good but i like the livestream more when it is working. the ustream has adds for my computer and when i am watching the cast they kept on opening so i would have to close it. every 5 mins =S but besides that looks great. Have a super day!!!

definitely not today, but hopefully tomorrow afternoon. I have a meeting w/ my employers tomorrow around lunch, but hopefully I'll be able to do all video uploading/tagging during that period of time. In order I'll probably go:

1) Upload and tag most recent 6 dailies (so #100 to current are all online)
2) Reindex the videos on my own harddrive so everything is properly stored (I have raw data, but I want to prettify things)
3) Upload #70-99 onto blip.tv
4) Tag 1-99 properly on blip.tv for more ideal searching

That will definitely take a few hours of my time, so hopefully those few hours can be tomorrow afternoon. After said business, it's Day[9] Daily #111, then practicing for my games vs Artosis this weekend

I had so many problems watching videos on livestream but this cast was perfect, no lag or choppiness at all. I watch the VODS by the way, not enough internets for live cast.

Awesome quality. Only once did the stream stop for me when you had around ~2000 viewers and I just had to hit the video refresh button and rest was all good.
