I like to have the stream popped out, on my secondary monitor, taking up the full screen, with chat in the corner. So far, the only way for me to do this on ustream is to open up a second stream window and just pause it and resize it. But that seems to lag my PC. You can pop the video out instead! ![]()

Not saying that's what fixed it, cause it could have just been the fresh reset or a coincidence, but it may be worth a try for those who had problems. Edit: I should add that I was watching the stream from when it was below 1000 viewers.

No stutters here and I'm on crappy DSL max 350 KB/s. The stuttering has to do with how many viewers they are, and how Ustream starts to really crap out after 2k or so viewers, if he doesn't have "Priority" bandwidth, as he said he's trying to get. If you start watching the stream like 20 minutes in, when there's already 2.2k viewers, that when you get the stuttering.

I did, as I said earlier there where no problems at all for me. I am thinking though that maybe people with a less then optimal connection might have lag issues with the increased quality. You cant please everyone. Major lag here on a university network. I came in around 1.1k, too :/

But if they fix that issue and the Ustream logo, there is absolutely no reason for going back to livestream.

I was worried I'd be waiting around all day to watch the VODs since my crappy connection can't handle streaming day[9] in HD, but if UStream automatically uploads them all after the show like this then there's no problem. ![]()

Quake streams would work fine even with tons of viewers, but if they tunned into a HQ SF4 stream it would lag to hell despite them having amazing internet =/ Though admittedly it has seemed to gotten better lately, so maybe thats not even a issue anymore. For me though the stream worked fine, i came in at the very end so not much to say there - and the VOD was flawless (and thats whats important for the day9 dailies since there uploaded RIGHT after the show even if you cant watch the live feed) I assume Glhf.tv has priority bandwidth? Hope day can get it too! So far though im happy with ustream for day9, theres 2 different versions of the show page and you can pop out the video with a oneclick refresh button! Everything you need haha! Just need a few chat admins to help out with the moderation.

Anyway, to be more serious, both of those stutters were incredibly short and hampered me not at all. The rest of the stream was perfectly smooth. I definitely like the new hardware and the stream quality. Keep up the super work! Also, I've been playing with voice echoing since I got home thanks to that little moment of fun earlier in the day on your stream. Echo is so amazing! =D
