day9 and i played on the USC team during CSL season 1 we managed to get to playoffs using the formula: day9 win losingid8 win loss loss day9 ace match win lol | ||

i have started watching them religiously after i found them about 3 weeks ago.I am nominating a review/analysis of Game 3 of Kolll vs TLO in the razor domination tourney. It was beyond epic to say the least. The series was a best of 3 so this game was to win it all. EDIT: Also, apparently whenever I close a window loading a livestream player, my browser freezes and I need to force quit out of it. Not fun. I've effectively given up on livestream. | ||

I was just playing some Terran versus Terran, and while I am new to the race (race hopped from Protoss) and do not claim to be a wizard of any sort, I noticed that a few players that I played in gold would eventually get 2-3 Ravens to pack along with their army and use point defense drone alongside their tanks and marine/marauder ball. The point defense drones not only prevented me from being able to push forward because almost my entire army was nullified, but when I was pushed back to my nat he placed them on my cliff giving him vision to siege up the cliff, take out my tanks and win the game. I was hoping you could do a D9D exploring point defense drone, because it seems incredibly powerful. I've uploaded a replay for everyone to laugh at here. [a note in case anyone takes the time out of their day to watch the replay: I literally started playing Terran like two days ago and my general strategy so far has been "experiment with stuff and try to keep my money low without dying". I know I spent way too much money on turrets, I know my reaper harass was terrible, I know my expansion timing was late and I know my scouting was terrible. Just use this as an example of point defense drone raping my face off ]EDIT: And switching to ustream would be pretty sweet too :D | ||

As a sidenote, is battle.net down for anyone else? I can login but my profile's reset and I can't join anyway games. Hopefully the patch is coming. I didn't want to start a new thread. | ||
