Judging by how scared QXC got when he streamed Amnesia, I can't see Day9 lasting long, especially when he's talked about in the past how he gets scared watching horror movies easily.

Humor keeps it interesting and enjoyable, and it's a recognized professional teaching style he's using anyway. If you prefer things dry I suggest going into government, Starcraft- being an enjoyable game- is not going to encourage people to be dry like you almost asked. And Day[9] has some more technical, less hilarious episodes, if you just happen to not have seen them and that's all you're asking for, then just don't watch monday! But you claim to have seen them all. Repetition with slight change has been proven to increase memory of a subject for most people (not ALL), so if you are not one of these good for you (we share something in common). Rather than asking Day[9] to cater to this, learn patience as I have and enjoy the jokes! Gotta ask if you play Starcraft for fun or some other reason. If for fun, should learning about it not also be fun? If it's not fun anymore due to the repetition, just remember the masses and take the hit.

I can't but help thing that he needs to keep things more focused on some episodes since sometimes it feels like points are being dragged out. I just feel that the older dailies were much more 'brisk' in pacing.

Day9 actually said on a daily (I believe it was the AMA daily) that scary games don't have much of an effect on him the way that scary movies do.

Oh ok, all I remember from that was he said it took him an insanely long time to watch one movie because he kept having to pause it.

I already can't sleep (I haven't fallen asleep until after 4AM the last week or so) as is so watching something that's supposedly scary won't be affecting me anyway.
