it doesn't help if you post 'i confirm' or 'he admitted to me'. anecdotal evidence does not cut it. provide the replay where he admits to using desync hack.
put up and follow the template, or shut up.

I caught RTStrauma cheating while watching Wilko's stream:

He used the Desync hack. It desynced right at the moment when it was obvious that he lost. The timing made it suspicious. And his match history makes it so obvious.
I chatted with him acting all innocent asking to learn his ways and he admitted it all to me. Here's our conversation.

previously confirmed hacker (WLHGeorge in WoL) combined with blind army movement, guessing of spawn on 4 player map and desync is a nobrainer.

Wilko is probably the worst lagger in SC2; every time I get matched up against him he drops or lags so hard the game drops. I don't think you can possibly infer anything from his stream.
