I am very jury out on that guy, i mean i put a bet on him to be the "young player of tournament" and won it which was nice, but imo he has played like 8 good games in his CAREER, at 21. Like you say he has only been at Benfica for 6 months! Big question marks for me and Benfica would be very silly not to cash in.

All be it from the players point of view, Benfica been doing very well and look a threat in the champions league imo, did very well over 2 games vs PSG in the group stage and topping that group.

He's the kind of player that changed the momentum of the team. Imho he'll be great in the Premier League.

He's not the kind of midfielder that can deconstruct a two story bus in the opossite team defence, but since that's not that case in the Premier League I think he will be awesome.

But it's still a great catch from Benfica and the deal only got to that level because of the world cup. And he only played the world cup because of Benfica. If he was still in River he wouldn't get called to the national team.

Edit: I would argue that he's not being the better player for Benfica this season. That would be Rafa. But the team is playing great. We lost the first game of the season just 3 days ago. Let's see how it goes without Enzo.

Yeah that 3-0 loss to Braga was a big surprise, but pre world cup the performances in champions league were exceptional. You sold Nunez for 100 million and have Ramos already there and scoring and now you have 100 million for Enzo, surely you can get some players in straight away to help fill the gaps to really have a good in champs league.

Getting another Neres level player in would be a good shout, then bring in the latest talent from South America as you guys normally do haha.

I followed the channel somehow and it popped up but its all in Spanish isn't it so i never clicked it, i like this kind of thing though, much better when they can get youtubers and what not playing with old ex pros in a 5 a side type format.

I personally used to love the masters competition in England, used to be a legends team of each club playing in the summer over like 2-3 weeks which was great. Watching Zola and co play was highlight of my summer, but it just died overnight it felt like and not on tv anymore.
