Only reason Luiz "works" for Arsenal is the 50 yard passes over the top to the stupidly fast forward line they have gathered. However they are going to be involved in games that end up like 5-5 etc as they cannot defend still and have not solved that issue with Luiz at all.
It has come out the reason this Luiz deal has happened is Luiz did not like being told he is 4th choice CB as Lampard had no faith in him anymore. He and Frank agreed for him to leave with Tomoroi getting the 4th choice CB role now after he was gonna go out on loan. Luiz would have left for free next summer anyway so everyone is happy i guess.
Luiz looks the biggest "loser" for his PR for a short while after signing his contract with Chelsea saying he loves club blahblah wants to finish career here and all that crap lol.

Wish we had a deal for Upamecano instead of Luiz, but I guess it's better than nothing

Iwobi gone to Everton for £40m. I will not forget his absolute screamer of a goal vs Chelsea in the EL finals. Only good thing about that match

Shit, I just realized that now I have to delete my tweets calling Luiz a Sideshow Bob-looking motherfucker

So Sane needs surgery for knee ligament injury, likely torn ACL. I assume the deal is off then, however its not like bayern arent used to injured wingers

I'm seeing us get top 4 for sure this season
My estimated rankings:
Man City Liverpool Arsenal Spurs Chelsea Man U

Weird. Europa league slog is gonna hurt you tho, especially as other teams get to recover during new winter break while you have to tour eastern europe.
Also goal from Iceland, a back nutmeg wtf https://streamja.com/gKeZ

If he gets fit again he will be better than anyone else available on the market right now. They can also not hold out and sign him next year, because then he will still be expensive and Bayern's priority target next year will be Kai Havertz without a doubt (or different yet, he will renew his contract with City because they supported him during the injury while Bayern gave up). They can't go another year without fixing the winger problem, they're already way too late if we're being honest. If they buy lower category players than Sané, who knows if those will be the help Bayern need anyway?
Honestly at this point this is all about saving face for Bayern. They've put up a pathetic public display in these past few months all surrounding this transfer and their attempts to get Hudson-Odoi. They've actually made a complete mockery of themselves. If nothing comes of that, some heads will probably roll by the end of the year.

However, I seriously think we can win EL this year

Well lads, I made my first sports bet of my life. $520 on Arsenal winning at 1.77 odds. If I win, I get that and $400 back. God bless Vegas
|
well you dont start small do you.
Is that for the season or the first match only? If it is for the season 1.77 for Arsenal is very very low so I hope it is just for the first game.

If 1.77 are the odds for Arsenal winning PL, what odds would Liverpool and Man City have then? 1.08? lol
|
Yeah its just for the game. Arsenal to win at Newcastle 1.7/1 win EL 7.5/1 win PL 40/1
City PL 1.5/1 Scouse 3.5/1
That is quite a large first bet tho yikes
|
Lol. 1.5/1 for ManC to win the league? Those are horrific odds.

That would be ridiculous but it would have to be something like that yes.
Still the actual odds for city are awful.

Thank god Kagawa found a club!! So happy to see him gone from Favre. Thanks sneirac!
BVB the last few years have been a total disgrace. Kagawa has done more to win the double championship BuLi than Götze has. Never betrayed the club like Götze and/or Hummels did, is at the moment definitely a better player than Götze and still got treated like crap. I dont know if Favre alone is to blame but seriously horrible change in mentality at BVB

That is quite a large first bet tho yikes Go big or go home lol. Current Vegas odds have Arsenal winning PL at 25-1, which is the lowest of any of the top 6, but as much as I love my team, I don't see us beating Liverpool or Man City, who I think will both get over 90 points again, while we'll probably end up at ~80 provided we stay healthy
