Hopefully Portugal will win some more before he retires because this guy deserves it ! Portugal's next generation seems good but we need better coaching | ||

The system is kinda confusing With the creation of the UEFA Nations League starting in 2018, the 2018–19 UEFA Nations League is to be linked with UEFA Euro qualifying, providing teams another chance to qualify for Euro 2020. Four teams from each division which have not already qualified for the Euro finals are to compete in the play-offs for each division, to be played in March 2020. The winners of the play-offs for each division, to be decided by two "one-off" semi-finals (the best-ranked team vs. the fourth-best-ranked team, and the second-best-ranked team vs. the third-best-ranked team, played at home of higher ranked teams) and one "one-off" final (with the venue drawn in advance between the two semi-finals winners), are scheduled to join the 20 teams which have already qualified for the Euro finals. So the nations league final means nothing for qualification, but the best ranked 4 teams from each league that fail in normal qualification will have a last chance qualifier, I think? | ||

Nations League "finals" are just glorified friendlies with no meaning whatsoever. The same 4 teams that make it to the "finals" also have an extra chance for playoffs to qualify for the Euros. So only if those 4 teams miss the quals we would see them again for the extra quals. | ||

But yeah the midfield is being won by Holland and as Neville said on English comms, the space they are finding to be passed to from the defense is so noticeable. England can barely find a pass into midfield whereas it is free for the Oranjes! Missing Henderson's legs in there but that be back for the final no worries! | ||
