According to Dario Gol, United offered 55 million euro for Asensio. Declined of course.
The more interesting part is that Madrid are going to propose new contract to Asensio with 600 million euro release clause.

Yeah this is literally the only chance anyone has of signing him, this window right now. HOWEVER, guy is starting and is a big star already why would he leave Real Madrid for any other club in the world right now!

In the UK they are only team who are in the "race" to sign him. Bid £50million rejected yesterday, Arsenal value him at £70million. If they get that bid he goes.
However, in the grand scheme of things, that is £70million for a player who is out of contract in June 2018...Same with Ox, sold for £40million who is out of contract next summer as well. Quite madness indeed

The only reason why I could see 55 million working on the present market is if Utd had some kind of hunch that he's unsettled in RM. Other than that, it's pretty hard to see why RM would be giving up such a promising future prospect with that kind of money.

The registration paperwork has to be submitted by the deadline, but teams could wait to announce it until players return from international break.

But that won't happen! 23:00 in UK tonight you have to have your deals into the FA for approval or they won't go through until January.
Spanish window is open until 23:00 1st September though.

German media suggests that Arsenal asked PSG for him.
But during national team PK, Löw said that he does not believe Draxler would be leaving, as PSG wants to keep him. Of course it is not known, if this was 100% his opinion or if he talked to Draxler before as this was a likely question to come up.

e: PSG needs him to have a chance in the BenchCup vs Real.
