While only creating a single chance they managed to go halftime 2-1 and after that Ajax just kinda sucked. I feel even in the second half they can't really complain with the score line and Ajax could have scored a goal just as easily.

Anyway, I don't really care too much about it all, but I did think Lyon had a better squad and I feel with the agg score they look way better than they really were.

I'm a bit sad to see Pogba played as a 6, this guy accelerates the game so much with simple one touch pass. He also can't afford to try any take on given his position on the pitch. On the other hand, the pairing with Kanté might improve as they don't synergyze so well in the French team until now.
