 Not many games see very "good" on paper minus the Arsenal vs Dortmund one. All look like stomps. I guess Group C could be very close group? But Monaco pretty poor now in terms of major quality, Leverkusen are a strange side too. Zenit probably favorites but they have crazy manager. Then Benfica seem to be up and down. | ||

Our passing misses alot of precision and in every league game a good team, like Arsenal, would've punished us hard. Add that our corner kicks are somewhat weak so I can't see Dortmund abusing Arsenals biggest weakness in set piece defending. Of course we have a good chance. I'm a pessimist and in Kagawa, Mkhitaryan, Ramos, Aubameyang we have attackers that might be too fast for someone like Mertesacker but is it enough? I don't know. | ||

- Chelsea will go through as first and Sporting has a chance to beat Schalke right now. - Arsenal and Dortmund might be on the same level but both can fall to a passionate Galatasaray. I don't know how Anderlecht plays but last year in Marseille we saw that Dortmund has extreme problems against deep defending opposition. We just don't know yet how the new lineup works in such a situation. - Not sure about the state of Basel. They lost so many players over the last years so I guess Liverpool makes that group easily on the back of Sterling. - Leverkusen is naive and might suffer but they have all possibilities to go on. I'd say 4/4 PL clubs go through and max 3/4 Bundesliga clubs. Bayern and Chelsea are a level above the other clubs imo. Should Dortmund reach the elimination stage I rate them the highest of the other 6 because we seem to work quite well in that environment. Don't forget that La Liga will triumph once again. Atleast 2/4 spanish teams in semis : ) This is pretty awesome + Show Spoiler + | ||

I wouldn't even be suprised, if only Bayern and one more team (either Dortmund or Leverkusen) makes Round of 16. On the other hand, I would only see chances of Liverpool or Manchester City failing, but neither of both will fail 95 % imho. Ro16 really depends on fixtures, but still I'd rather see more EPL clubs in Ro8 than Bundesliga clubs. Primera Division also has high chances for three clubs in the Round of 8 and maybe even 4 clubs in Round of 16 (especially with the probably lacking training routine of Shakthar Donetsk, due to political reasons). | ||
