I don't like the rehashed tournament ideas (they should use OSL format) but the divisions have been pointless for a while now. At the very least keep them in name only, but remove the rewards for winning one.

The real cure is to get rid of the terrible front office personnel but we know that won't happen.

Without reading that article, is go as far to say conferences should be removed and the top 16 teams across the Nba make the playoffs.

I wouldn't be surprised if the eastern 8 seed makes it with 35 or less wins this year.

Yes, they divisions are a little silly, but does it really matter? When was the last time someone won the Finals or even made the Finals without being at least a 4 seed?
