I should be able to trade Lebron for a 2nd round draft pick if both sides agree.
Without it the league would be even more lobsided than it is now.

I didn't watch today. Helped immensely with my sanity. They're a chance at missing the Playoffs if they don't pull the finger out. Big game vs Clips coming up. FIGGGHHTTTT!!
Only satisfying thing was that Bogut looked as agile and energetic as I've seen him look, played a great game. Must've altered like 20 shots. Offensively was a nightmare, they get so lazy sometimes. Terrible shot selection, lazy passes.

They expected an easy win and played like it. These are games where a deep bench is very handy.

Steve Nash tweaked his back getting out of bed in the morning, and had to miss practice. Yeah, you read that right, getting out of bed.

Well the bench played very well, Jackson just chose not to play them. Was like the first game in ages where Barnes actually looked like an NBA player.

Sammy Sosa threw out his back sneezing once.
I think its all code for stumbling when you are hammered.

Back injuries are the worst.

There is incentive under the CBA and medical retirement for him to stay under 10 games played this season is what I've heard now (Larry Coon). It would be a win-win for both of them (if you don't count Nash having to retire due to injury a loss obv). ...
He is still on pace for the Lakers to be able to use the stretch provision on him, which would go retroactive to last season. More $$ saved. I think he might just come back as a sort of a goodbye in the last few games though I hope (still under 10 total).
If that happens, and we are able to trade Gasol for something even decent, I will like the direction so far.
We (Lakers) just have to catch up to those East teams. They are so bad it is hard to catch up to them in the L column though. Luckily for us, we have our secret weapon on the job: D'Antoni.

Mchale empowers the team to make stupid plays repeatedly.

Sacramento kings are the Dallas cowboys of basketball. Everything they need to become a great is there but they just fuck themselves up.

Can't say I've once looked at the kings in the last 7 ish years and thought, geez, they should be great any time soon.

I think this year has been better than previous years though. At least the new ownership is trying to win and you can't make "traded for Cash Considerations" jokes anymore.
