The champions league final against Dortmund is a good example but also the games against Barcelona and Milan I guess. I can't name specific games because Ribery just consistently plays on such a high level. For every doubter, I recommend watching an upcoming Bayern game in full length and pay full attention to Ribery and how he influences the game

His willingness to do the menial tasks of defending contributed a lot to the triple win, which was especially evident in probably the most important game against Barcelona. Oh and Messi and Ribery in direct comparison ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxOSg3ESyqM Watch this too : D And we can add another talented Belgian to the list. PSV's 17 year-old Zakaria Bakkali scored a hat trick in his second career league game... http://espnfc.com/us/en/gamecast/statistics/id/367126/statistics.html?soccernet=true&cc=5901

That's how unstoppable Ribery is ![]() But of course even a machine can't compare with an midget-alien, when he decides to show up in important matches... Ribery played really bad in the finals it was like his worst match in the season.

![]() Judging by the numbers last year, it's Messi and not close. By titles, Ribéry. And then there's Cristiano in between in numbers and no titles.
